Apple crumble... My absolute favourite classic pudding of all time. Sweet and sharp, gooey and crunchy (the crunchy bits were always my favourite!) it was one of my Mum's signature puddings when I was growing up. She'll still make it occasionally now, and I always know if she makes one it's with me in mind!
